Techmerge Holdings Ltd. began in 1986 as Nissan Motor Services (China) Ltd. It was the first authorized dealer of Nissan Motor (Japan) in China. At the time, it only provided sales of vehicles, spare parts and after-sales service.

The business continues to expand to major Chinese cities. The long-standing and reliable partnership with Nissan resulted in the establishment of 3S shops (car sales, service and spare parts) of Nissan and Volkswagen in Zhongshan. The expansion created a 20,000 sq.m. service center employing a team of 200 staff members.
